    Sales Support (wholesale trading, not BPO)

    We are looking for an experienced candidate for Sales Support who will play a key role in helping the Sales Team grow the business in terms of generating and increasing sales, catering to customers’ & prospects’ concerns, executing excellent customer service, developing & implementing sales strategies, and ensuring smooth sales processes.

    Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or any related field
    • At least 2 years of proven work experience in the Sales Support function (wholesale trading) or similar.
    • Computer literate, especially in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email application, and SAP B1.
    • People person: excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Analytical, mathematical, detailed and multitasking
    • Results-oriented, organized team player
    • Dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to continuously improve performance

    Product Support – Technical Specialist
    · Pre-sale product inspection and testing.
    · Pre-sale product assembly, as needed.
    · Manage and implement on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
    · Ensure proper turnover of product.
    · Facilitate technical training for handlers of product to ensure proper use or application.
    · Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
    · Diagnosing possible technical problems, determining and implementing proper solutions.
    · Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
    · Build positive relationships with customers.
    · Produce timely and detailed service reports, continuous monitoring data and analysis, and other technical documents.
    · Cooperate and communicate with other teams (e.g. sales, technical) and ensure smooth coordination.
    · Give applicable technical product analysis, forecasting, and advice to Supply Chain Management.

    · Holder of a technical degree or certification.
    · At least 2 years of proven work experience in the field or similar.
    · Computer literate, especially in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel)
    · Excellent time-management skills.
    · Ability to work with flexible shifts.
    · Willing to travel to areas in Philippines, mostly Luzon.
    · Willing to travel abroad for meetings, conferences, trainings, and seminars, as applicable.
    · Familiarity of product lines as enumerated above.
    · Good communication skills.
    · Legible handwriting.
    · Preferably, with a valid code 2 Driver’s License with an impeccable driving ability and record.

    Asset Custodian
    · Educational background: At least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree related to the business field.
    · Experience: Must have at least 1 year exposure to asset management, or similar.
    · Required qualities: Keen eye for details, accurate, analytical, diligent, timely, positive attitude.
    · Required skills: computer literate, proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and email applications.
    · Areas of responsibility:
    · Monitor & regulate asset movement (in/out), repair &/or maintenance activities
    · Assist in asset purchases and other supplies.
    · Verify and audit asset quality &/or usage.
    · Ensure timely and complete compliance on licensing requirements of assets, as applicable.
    · Report generation.
    · Uphold company standards at all times in personnel's use of assets.

    Office Personnel

    Job Description:
    . To assist in different office-based functions, as skills & talents may best match.
    · Graduate of any business-related course or I.T.-related course
    · Versatile and able to multi-task, if needed

    Account Executive

    Job Description:

    Responsible in the end to end sales & marketing transactions including tapping of potential clients, and supporting existing ones.
    • Preferably graduate of any technical or engineering-related course
    • With a valid code 2 Driver’s License, and with a good driving experience
    • Has driven a car or a 4-wheel vehicle for at least 2 years
    • Willing to travel to assigned locations in the Philippines
    • Articulate and a good communicator
    • Vast experience in using MS Office application (Word, excel, Power Point)
    • Can make reports using PPT
    • Past experience with heavy construction and mining equipments, or skill in technical selling is an advantage

    Human Resource Officer
    • Graduate of a Human Resource Management related course from a reputable school
    • With at least two(2)-year experience in handling all Human Resources functions
    • Must be well-versed with Personnel Management and Employee Training

    • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday

    Warehouse Assistant

    · Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in the following tasks:
    · Safekeeping of items in the warehouse and showroom.
    · Preparation of ordered or requested items for loading or releasing.
    · Pre-sale product inspection and quality checking.
    · Checking and receiving of items in the warehouse.
    · Execute required proper documentation of processes.
    · Regulate item assembly/disassembly, and repair & maintenance activities.
    · Keep stock card and logbooks updated and accurate.
    · Methodically implement First-in-first-out movement of items and/or expiration date tracking.
    · Strict adherence to health and safety policies.
    · Work in close coordination with Sales group, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and provide relevant feedbacks.
    · Training, supervising and appraising staff; able to mentor, discipline and firmly lead.
    · Make sure quality objective and delivery deadlines are met.
    · Obtain signatures & appropriate documentation as applicable for transaction.
    · Complete all required paperwork & reports with attention to detail and within a timely manner.

    • At least 2 years of proven work experience in the field or similar.
    • Computer literate, especially in using email and MS Office Applications (Word, Excel) Excellent time-management skills.
    • Communication Skills: will need to speak with coworkers on a regular basis.
    • Leadership Skills: will need to motivate employees, keep them on track with task targets, and resolve conflicts as well. Critical-Thinking Skills: will need to devise plans of action and asses those plans regularly.
    • Organizational Skills: will need to efficiently manage multiple orders, different timelines, various people, and movement of items.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: will need to be ready when problems arise, or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen.
    • Must familiarize with products being handled.
    • Holder of a business related college degree or equivalent certification.
